We are constantly looking for dynamic young individuals who have a passion for sport.
Each new employee is trained in the Active Education method of coaching. This intensive three- month course includes: Training in 11 sporting codesFirst Aid Level 1 certificationIdentification of special needs children and coaching techniques for children with disabilitiesSports team coaching to obtain maximum performancePhysical evaluation skillsPhysiological and psychological performance improvement techniques
The course includes theory as well as the practical shadowing of coaches. The course is delivered by Theta approved facilitators. The coach’s progress is assessed by a Theta approved assessor. This Active Education Coaching Course is provisionally approved by Theta.
